Design of an unconventional reconnaissance U.A.V. The study yielded a successful radio controlled flying wing. The 2.4 meters span flying wing flew successfully in April’99 and performed numerous acrobatic maneuvers such barrel-rolls, hammer heads and loops without the aid of any computer augmentation control.
